At Threaded Workwear, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom embroidered workwear tailored to your business. Due to the personalised nature of our products, our returns policy differs slightly from standard retail items.

Customised & Personalised Items

All garments that have been custom embroidered with your logo or design are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.

This is because embroidered workwear is made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

• Change of mind after production has started or completed

• Minor variations in colour, stitching, or placement that fall within industry tolerances

We strongly recommend checking all sizing and order details before confirming your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Faulty

• Damaged

• Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

  
  

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@threadedworkwearuk.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Returns Process

If a return is approved:

• Items must be returned in their original condition

• We will provide return instructions

• Return shipping costs may be covered depending on the issue

Production Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for approving all artwork, sizes, and order details before production begins. Once approved, we cannot make changes or accept returns unless the item is faulty.
